You can build a new building all day long but if you don't correct the management then why bothet.  It is an oldet facility that is true but let't face it that is only a vrick and mortar.  You need to clean up the management team and that means cleaning house getting rid of Dumb and Dumber at the top.  They have do nothing to enhance the lives of the residents and their families except use them as props in Liveshot's ever growing photo montague.  Moran let's face it is a dried up hack if there ever was one.  He should have never gotten the  Chief of Staff gig in the first place, He was never qualified for the job to begin with.  Baker has the ability, he has always had the ability, to get rid of these two ass clowns.  Oh that is right we are waiting for the "investigator's report".  Give us a break already.  What about Healy's report or the IG’ s report.  What about the investigation by the legislators or the Feds .  Come on demand more.  Demand better.
