One state agency or two or even three state agencies investigating another state agency no wonder there are questions of impartiality,  That ain't wrong and no wonder an investigation is taking over two months to do.  It just makes us wonder.  Did Liveshot convince them he was a nice guy and that it's everyone else's fault but his.  Did his evil little minion tell them that all these staff on administrative leave have always been a problem.  We say don't believe it.  When you push those that work for you to the breaking point a few will obviously stand up and say "Not Today Satan".  Let us not blame the abused in this situation.  This is akin to a rape trial where they say "she dressed a certain way so she was asking for it".  Listen no one asks to be abused and neglected.  Lets' not victim shame here. No one asks for this kind of treatment. It really is up to the Governor's independent investigator to be the brave one here and to tell the whole ugly truth here that this was egos gone mad and clear abuse of power.
