It is an unmitigated embarrassment that the Commonwealth has a Secretary of Veterans’ Services that cannot show his face on Memorial Day because he is under investigation for negligence in the care and wellbeing of the veterans he was charged with caring for.  He should be fired regardless of the investigations based on his depraved indifference.  He and his toady are embarrassing this Commonwealth and it’s veterans.
