Has the Governor got the Rona?  Is it eating away at his brain?  How can he do press briefings every day and say nothing about this so called "investigation" or any of these 1/2 baked investigatiions.  Have 
Pinky and The Brain (that would be Moran the Brain and of course that leaves Urena as his stooge Pinky) got him in some kind of mind meld experiment as they plan to "take over the world".  Every day that goes by and these two management disasters are allowed to keep receiving a paycheck for mismanagement.  Urena was called a hero in the Lowell Sun the other day.  Heroes save people and accept responsibility two things which Urena will never do.
