It seems that today’s number is 82 not 81 as previously mentioned.  This petition is important to us but what is actually more important is the loss of life of generations of heroes whose numbers were diminishing due to natural causes.  This loss of living history is irreparable and their stories lost to the younger generations that may never know what it feels like to stand in the presence of a true American Hero.  All because of two cowards who put pride above protecting these living speaking testaments to America and the love of our nation.
