I think Urena and Moran should be forced to tour the facility daily and take photos Urena loves so much.  Look at the horror that the staff is encountering on a daily basis.  This has got to end.  The Inspector General was investigating 3 weeks prior how long does it take because that is two months now someone has known there was a serious problem.  More Hacks in the Hackorama.
