What was once considered a shining beacon in the area of veterans services lauded as the best in the nation has been destroyed by these tragic events.  What was a benefits program that other states could emulate has been destroyed by the leadership of Francisco Urena and Paul Moran.  What has been in existence since the civil war has been turned into a sad sad tragic agency with blood on its hands.  Why are we allowing this to continue?  We must have reform in the leadership.  A new superintendent won’t fix the systemic problems plaguing this agency.  Please support our petition.
