Samurai 8 is a manga series that, despite common internet toxicity, has a lot of potential and has a cult following. If Shueisha lacks the desire to continue putting out new chapters for silly reasons like making way for new series or being different from the norm, then it doesn't deserve to have it. There are other available publishers who may be very willing to take it up.
