Parents or Children or Anybody should not be allowed to change their gender! Your Gender is a God Given Identity.. A child from 3 to10 years of age  does not even have a fully developed brain let alone the thought process to choose his or her Gender, a choice like that is far more important and crucial to their future then most parents comprehend!! To allow a parent to make that choice for their child at that age is even more uneducated on a parents behalf. This is an unethical Bill and should never be passed Ever. Allowing the privilege to some doctor or teacher or guidance counselor to decide the Gender Identity of your child based on a observation or opinion is highly unlawful and should never be administered by any authority of any environment, let alone condoned by our politicians who we have elected, to keep us and our children safe in a country. Where are religious beliefs should be upheld and not trampled on by a seditious bill that has no regard for God, and that in fact mocks his very creation and design of! For the satisfaction of any individual that deems it a necessary operation or procedure of changing ones Gender!!!!!
