We Are Bamboo - We Want Our Money Back!

The Issue

Many people are booking trips, paying thousands of dollars, across the world with the travel company "We Are Bamboo" and the trips keep getting canceled.  The company is not offering refunds to anyone.  It is extremely difficult to get a direct answer from anyone at the company.  Our trip has been canceled 3 times since we booked in 2020 yet they are still accepting money and bookings for future travel and promoting their travels across the internet and Facebook.  If anyone even mentions something negative about the trips being canceled, those comments are deleted and people are blocked from their site.

If people don't get their money back AND the company continues to accept new bookings and money from new travelers, we believe it is a scam that needs to be rectified.  Due to the company's headquarters in New Zealand and ourselves in the United States, it makes it VERY difficult to communicate. There are travelers from all across the world that continue to send this company money for new reservations. 

We just want our money refunded, as it should be because it is the company "We Are Bamboo" that keeps canceling the trips.  We never get a straight answer, and we never hear what is really going on - we have even heard the company has been sold, but we have not been officially notified of this. All we get is vague explanations and the promise of future travel.
