RECAP: Case Number: Civ. No. 17-CV-02162-EMC: U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco - Under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), a group of non-profits, and individuals petitioned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to end the addition of fluoridation chemicals into drinking water due to fluoride's neurotoxicity. The EPA rejected the petition. In response, the groups are suing the EPA in Federal Court.
This Week: 06.18.20 Presiding Judge Chen heard closing arguments and gave both parties a chance to reach a compromise BEFORE rendering a decision.
