Our 15 teen year old daughter was murder by another minor in the hallway of her apartment building coming from school. Help us get a Legislation Act passed that demand companies that provide housing for communities with children or states with communities of children, to hire upscale security companies that perform consistent patrols of the premise (Ground of Complex) external and internal, monitoring CCTV Montiors (security cameras). 

The Companies or States which provide housing for communities with children need to maintain the up-keep of security cameras and make the patrols mandatory and check the patrol log daily. Volunteers should be present while school buses drop off children from school to their residence or children walking from school to home. Volunteers need to undergo a background check and  supervised by security personnel while performing this task.
