Maribyrnong Council are planning an upgrade of Yarraville Oval and the surrounding park, and if anyone has been to Yarraville Skatepark in the last 10 years, you probably know that it's in desperate need of a facelift, or a complete flattening and a rebuild. How does the (apparent) 4th coolest suburb in the world have a skatepark like this! But really, this park is dated, cramped, dangerous for kids and easily overcrowded as soon as there's more than a few people. Let's build a safer space for everyone.
