I’m Proposing  & Requesting To Approve & Pass A Bill That Will Prevent Keeping A Child & Or An Elder From Visiting, Talking To Or Seeing A Love One, Family Member Or Friend That Has The Child & Or Elders Best Interest At Heart; and Has Been In That Child’s Life, But Are Being Prevented From Seeing The Child, Because The Custodial Parent Is Mad, Angry & Or Upset With The Other Adult Party Involved. This Law/Bill Will Prevent Anyone From Using A Child & Or An Elder As A Pawn To Get Back At, Hurt Or Torment The Other Parent, Family Member Or Loved One. This Bill Will Also Prevent ANYONE From Tarnishing The Name Of A Caring Adult Who WANTS To Be Actively Present In The Childs & Or Elders Life. **THE NON-CUSTODIAN ADULT MUST BE PROVEN FIT TO BE IN THE CHILDS LIFE and HAS NOT NOT BEEN FOUND HARMFUL OR DETRIMENTAL TO THE CHILD IN ANY WAY** THERE WILL BE STIPULATIONS**  Im Also Proposing That A Misdemeanor Be Charged In The Event The Custodial Parent Is Proven To Talk Negative About The Other Adult Involved That Would Lead The Child & Or Elders Mind To Be Tainted, Corrupted & Or Confused. Alot Of Children & Or Elders Are Un-Justly Thrown In The Middle Of Petty Beefs Between Adults, When They Have Nothing To Do With The Situation (s) At Hand. Both Children & Elders Are Innocent & Do NOT Deserve To Be Held Hostage From People Who Love Them, Wants Whats Best For Them, Wants To Be In Their Lives & Has Their Best Interest At Heart. NOONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE A CHILD & OR AN ELDER AS A TOOL OF VENGEANCE! Its Evil & Is NOT Of GOD. It Causes Mental Distress To The Child, Elder & The Love-ones Who Want To Be There For Them. Heartbreak Is REAL & It Can Mentally & Physically Be Detrimental Over Time. This Has To STOP.
