Gelson's Round 2 - March 22nd 6:30 - MB City Hall

After last months Planning Commission meeting, the City of MB Staff has again refuted or ignored Gelson's traffic safety concerns raised by our concerned Community - they are willing to accept and approve an obviously deficient and unsafe project that creates financial liability risk for the City of MB. With all safety concerns on record being ignored, when the first accident occurs, a liability lawyer will easily claim recklessness and gross negligence against the City of MB. Frankly, the City of MB Staff is pro-Gelsons, and the developer Paragon, are not interested in public safety concerns - let's make sure a safe development on the site is approved, and the Planning Commission does not get railroaded by a careless Staff. Please attend and voice your safety concerns related to the 8000 daily entries and exits onto Sepulveda to/from the site, and request an EIR to adequately address all safety issues.
