We are now 6000 signatures strong and I had a word with Doc Rajeev Gowda (MP Rajya Sabha). He found the ask logical and has asked me to send him a document of proposal. He has assured me that he will try to pick this up in Winter session of Parliament. He is not in a position to commit anything but he definitely supports our petition.
