Thank you for signing this petition. Unfortunately with all the critical aspects like Triple Talak, Rafael deal becoming focus of Winter session at Parliament, Doctor Gowda couldn't pick this up in the session. 

We are figuring out other ways to take this petition forward. I will keep you posted once we finalise on next steps. Meanwhile, please keep the momentum up and keep spreading the petition. 

There is a recent development in child care leaves (Link attached)  for central government employees which is indeed a progressive step.
