On 14th march 2015, A police horse was allegedly attacked by the BJP’s Mussoorie MLA, Ganesh Joshi, during a protest in Dehradun The animal suffered multiple fractures during the incident near the Vidhan Sabha which occurred during a protest called by the BJP against the state government . doctors have said that  the horse’s leg may have to be amputated. It was said to be a peaceful protest but the images we have seen say otherwise there is clear video footage of the mla hitting the horse.the BJP party have sunk so low that they have started hiting animals who cannot even fend for themselves. the horse's name is shaktimaan and he has served the indian police for seven years and in return he will never be able to walk again.  this will go on to be just another case of injustice. i want harish rawat cheif minister of uttarakhand and maneka gandhi to ensure that strict action to be taken against this bjp goon. he maybe an MLA but he must pay for his actions
