Officer Chavez is with the Troy City Police Department and there he will more than likely harm more black Americans with his racial hostilities! Dothan are not being accountable and the FBI and Attorney General office are not supporting to bring charges! I deserve justice. The judge ruled that officer Chavez had no probable cause to form an arrest. This is hypocrisy at it's best! I'm calling for action in the form of charges against all officers.
