I live in a rural town, where some of the people just barely understand what one is talking about.

Thats not the issue, the issue is finding out that the recyclables are actually winding up dumped. Thats not cool, it's rediculas to say the least!

I would like everyone concerned to get our Counties, throughout our Country, to put an actual motion in plan for this.
