The government should provide more shelters, food and support to homeless people.  The amount of homeless people are 105,237. According to Homelessness Australia, 17% of 105,237 are kids under 12 years old.  The government should provide more support like, giving them a job, build more shelters for the homeless and give them more food.  The government should make more homeless shelters available to homeless people. This should create an opportunity for the homeless people to stay safe.  Doing this will reduce the amount of homeless people on the streets. A there are many good example of ending homelessness but the government chooses to ignore the possibilities. Building 5 storey buildings just outside the cities could reduce 105,237. Helping them to find jobs that is suitable for them so they could earn their own money.
