The case of a dog abuser in Bandar Kinrara is a disgusting act and it is a case which the Royal Malaysia Police should not ignore! With a lot of research showing that most killers start out by abusing/killing animals, authority have to take action by punishing these animal abusers.

   By signing this petition you will help raise awareness on Animal Abuses in Malaysia. Malaysia need a stricter law for animal cruelty/abuse, it is an disturbing act of violence against helpless domesticated animals. And this have to be stopped!

  Be it stray dog or not this act of violence against any animals should not be left unpunished. If the Police does not take action than the toll of animal abuses/killing would rise. As a citizen of Malaysia I do hope that the Police take action against this dog abuser. His action cannot be left unpunished, animals have feelings as well if his action does goes unpunished people would think it is ok to abuse animal.

  Owner of the abused dog was confirmed to have lodge a Police Report. But Serdang district Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Megat Mohd Aminuddin stated that "while a member of the public had lodged a report on the perpetrator yesterday, the person is not the dog owner."

“Police have been waiting for the dog owner to step forward and lodge a report. There is none. We found out that it’s a stray dog,” he said, when contacted by the New Straits Times today.
