We students from Sabah and Labuan are currently studying in Sarawak. We need to go back to our University to finish our study on time but the problems are that there is no direct flight from Sabah or Labuan to Sarawak. The only way for us to go back to Sarawak is by buying 2 flight tickets from Sabah/Labuan to Kuala Lumpur then another tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Sarawak (which some of us cannot afford it) and the schedule for the flight is not on the same day. Which mean us students need to stay one night at Kuala Lumpur before proceed to Sarawak.

With the situation that our country face right now which is Covid-19 is still high in cases the probability for us to get infected is high. If we see the cases day by day the number of cases is much higher in Malaysia peninsular than East Malaysia because airport itself is a crowed place. 

On the other hand, we students from Sabah and Labuan face the demand by the government to have swab test 72 hours before depart to Kuala Lumpur and Kuching which is quite expensive for some of us (RM300-RM450), if we had to do it in private hospital (to get 24-hours results). We do aware that the test can be done at KKM facilities, however, we were informed  that it may take 3-5 days for the results to be out depending on the workload, thus, it may not be valid when we are departing to Kuching.

Therefore, we are trying to get the attention of Malaysia government to help us with this issues.
