I've not lived in Hartford long but I really think valley view should have some kind of storm celler thing in place out here there is a whole area that is open there is lots of people out here that don't have anywhere to seek shelter in case of tornado people with kids even people with no transportation to get some where safe Valley view is an apartment complex for low income family's and it sits on a huge hill making it twice as unsafe for elderly and family's with kids and without kids to get some place safe. Valleyview has family's that have no other place safe to go some don't have family around here or other family at all. Alot of people are disabled that live here, some aren't mobile as well. Valley view being on a hill and having a large enough space in land on one side should have a basement/storm celler an ef3 tornado hits that's hundred or more men women and children injured or worse, People who live downstairs having the upstairs fall on them, and the upstairs people being wiped out completely. So please help get the apartment complex to understand and make our need to be safe happen. It could save so many lives children woman men disabled elderly all deserve to be safe in cases or severe weather.
