Please make the verification process on Twitter (X) more accessible, and less frustrating! As visually impaired users unable to verify our account after we attempted to create it, the verification puzzles are too hard and very frustrating. Yes there's an audio option too, but that's also too hard. Instead of having hard inaccessible verification puzzles, maybe have a verification where people have to type in certain letters or numbers or have a few pictures where people have to identify a certain thing such as find all traffic lights. For audio, maybe have the user type in a number or number sequence that's being said. By having a very difficult frustrating inaccessible verification process may be driving users away from the platform. So we urge workers at Twitter (X) to make the verification process easier and more accessible.
