Our last chance to have a say about Turramurra Tower’s Planning Proposal the public meeting on Wed night, 11th Mar (or by email). 

Council are giving the developer: 
· Double the height for 9 stories, 181 apartments 

· Allow the sale of our parking land to the developer

Council seems keen give theses to the developer. What do we get back for this huge gift?

Some minor road improvements and ANOTHER “Community Centre”? 

At Turramurra station we already have 9 community centres. Why is council negotiating a 10th community centre?  Instead increased parking could create a vibrant retail town centre. Residents generally don’t like large developments because they are parasites that never have enough parking.
