Women in California are unfortunately being forced to share toilets, showers and locker rooms with biological males who “identify” as female.

This isn’t compassion... It’s a deliberate erasure of female safety and privacy. Please do consider signing this petition if you’re innocent women living in fear. Identity politics should not override biology, locks and basic common sense to ensure a safe environment for Women.

Men that identify as Women or Men that dress up in the clothing of Women can use the Men's Bathroom.

Respect the sacredness of Women only spaces.

Women’s bathrooms exist for elders, women and children to have a save private place where Men are not allowed.

These Women Only Bathroom and Spaces should stay that way... WOMEN ONLY. These sacred areas should be respected and not exploited and taken advantage of by Men with penis that identify as Women or dress up in the clothing of Women. The entire point of sex segregated spaces is to protect women from the evil of men. Pretending otherwise would be to intentionally ignore every Women who has ever been attacked, every innocent child that has ever been targeted and every innocent elder that has ever been abused. Numbers don't lie. The math add up and Women need to have Women-Only spaces. Period. End of discussion. Look no further than the years of crime statistic, prison data and literally every mother’s instinct that says her daughter shouldn’t have use the bathroom with a stranger who was born a male. Anyone still arguing that “inclusion” trumps the safety of elders, women and children is either lying, delusional or so deep in their own ideology they can’t see the obvious: gender is real and it matters in bathrooms.

This is VERY important because women’s spaces are sacred for a reason... Our Elders, Women and Children have a right to privacy, dignity and protection from the very real risks that come with male pattern violence and assault. When policies allow any man who claims to be a woman (or simply dresses up in the clothing of a Woman) into female facilities, the result is predictable: discomfort, harassment and documented incidents that get memory holed by the mainstream media who have a selective focus and corrupt officials who care more about virtue signaling than actually ensuring the safety and well being of Elders, Women and Children.

RIGHT NOW California has a major problem with turning every public restroom into a free-for-all where women’s boundaries are not being respected. The worst possible outcomes have already happened and unfortunately they will keep happening until We The People make a change.

Restoring women-only bathrooms is the bare minimum of respect for half the population.

Men who identify as women, or men who simply enjoy dressing as women, already have a bathroom they can use: the men’s bathroom.

No one is denying them a toilet. They can use the same facilities every other male uses. Demanding entry into the women’s room is not about “access” but rather it’s about demanding validation and access to female vulnerability. If someone is so distressed by the men’s room that they insist on invading women’s, the solution is not to sacrifice women’s safety and privacy. The solution is to leave the women’s room alone.
