A family zone is necessary because it will provide a peaceful and safe place for all families and visitors in the city to recreate. All the loud noise, loud music and alcohol contributes to a deterioration in the quality of mental health and wellness. Providing a space for more quiet interaction and discussion and quality human interactions is what the city needs.
