Hello, my name is Alyssa McCracken. In 2017, my brother passed from a motorcycle accident. He bought a crotchrocket and not even 24 hours later he was gone. I believe if we started having a mandatory class to get a motorcycle license, we could save so many lives. So many young people are dying because they have no idea how to properly ride and be prepared for everything. This was my mother's idea before she passed away in 2017. Also, I am trying to finish her plan for her. On a street bike (crotchrocket) you are 4 times more likely to die in an accident than on any other motorcycle. 

This Bill/Law isn't to make riding less fun or take away your freedom and rights. In this class you will learn how to:

• maintain control in the event of a pothole, rain/wet roads, etc.
• learn more about motorcycles and more understanding of motorcycle. 
• And so much more
