In many respects, India is now coming of age.. Indians are major players in every sphere of social, economic and political life across the world.

Despite this unfolding emergence of the country on the world stage, a section of our population, the LGBTQ, are still facing segregation and discrimination for their natural sexual identity by the old and archaic laws of the land whose framework dates back to the era of shameful colonization by the British.

In the coming weeks, a landmark judgement from the Supreme Court of India may change radically how the law views those who identify as LGBTQ. 

Please sign this petition so that public opinion has a role in influencing a judgement that gives the same rights to the LGBTQ community as their heterosexual neighbours.
