I am writing this petition to get Roblox to make a policy to allow users to undo Right to be forgotten (RTBF), and undo Right of Erasure (ROE). As for users who are from the USA which the First Amendment of the US Constitution should have legal effect.

I had two accounts SBB_Arcadia user ID 254571745, and webbk01 user ID 137410800. I went through that process not knowing this and another 2 things.

I didn't know this dangerous risk that the third party Government ID verification that the very ID can be leaked to Data brokers. Which did happen to Discord which had them in hot water with it's user base. If I had known this, I wouldn't gone through with it and just deactivated them both.

I didn't know I am out of jurisdiction, as the only state is California and I am out of their jurisdiction. Which is why didn't they deny me that action because I am outside legal jurisdiction. Which would also put me in hot water.

The one thing that pushed me more is the fact they don't enforce the 2 year waiting period to reuse the username as webbk01 was done in 2023 and it got reused in 2024. If they can allow this before 2 year minimum, then allow users to revive their accounts from RTBF&ROE which I recommend 1 year prior to the activation of the RTBF&ROE action.
