PE, to many kids in school, is a tedious and unnecessary subject. We are forced to learn sports we will never use, and are judged and embarrassed by peers if we don't meet a set standard which is applied no matter your build. This can lead to many kids feeling insecure about their body, which shouldn't be happening no matter what. The important parts like [REDACTED] Ed can be learned in core classes, classes can be more active, and schools can counterbalance optional PE with healthier lunch or longer recess (or recess for schools without recess). Sign this petition to let kids have a choice in what they do in school and give justice to so many.
