For a long long time, the halls of our government (aka mostly boomers) have tragically not blessed their eyes, shielded away from pure, peak of internet culture. Our leaders, mostly senior citizens and boomers, go about their days completely unaware of the absolute masterpieces made, crafted and fashioned by teenaged girls in the deepest corners of TikTok and YouTube. They do not possess the cultural context to comprehend what they were looking at. I don't think a politician has ever seen a TikTok animation meme soundtracked to Vocaloid music depicting them in a passionate, doomed romance with their political rival.

Today, we are demanding a change. We are petitioning for the White House Communications Director, campaign managers, and press secretaries to finally drop the corporate filters. We demand that during an official press briefing, an elderly politician is forced to sit in a chair and watch a 15 second looping animation meme of them blushing next to their rival. No aides to shield them, no corporate PR speech. Just pure, flashing chaos. It is time to humble the powerful, bridge the generational divide.
