My personal battle with mental health and the substantial cost of staying healthy has opened my eyes to a pervasive issue. Like many others, I've been paying out of pocket for necessary mental health medications, observing countless individuals unable to seek help due to inability to afford these life-saving treatments. I am urging our healthcare leaders to make all medications for mental health conditions free for everyone. Finances should never be a barrier to mental health treatment.

Making mental health medications free would not only be a compassionate act for individuals, but it would also be economical. 

Without affordable medications, individuals who struggle with mental health issues are forced into a choice between financial stability and their own well-being. This is unacceptable.
