My name is Cynthia DeStefano and I love shopping and doing errands with my special needs daughter, Gia. As Gia has gotten older, that has become more difficult. As parents of a special needs child will tell you, managing a large adapted stroller and a cart is next to impossible and unsafe.

That’s why I was excited to learn about Caroline’s Carts — a modified shopping cart made for families with special needs children. Target has already adopted the carts and I’m hoping I can keep the momentum going. I’m asking Costco — a company known for customer satisfaction — to make Caroline’s Carts available in their warehouses.

Taking Gia out with me means so much. When stores make that easier, it means I never have to exclude her. Something as simple as these modified carts, makes a world of difference to special needs families.
