Clemson University’s website for accessing registration information, iRoar, is only accessible to those using the internet on campus or those using a VPN. This makes it extremely inconvenient to access it for those living off-campus, and it makes it inaccessible for mobile users. This has been going on for 2 years, causing Clemson students living off campus to miss out on classes and go through minutes of entering their information just to access their registration. CCIT has done nothing about it, and claims that their employees have working hard on it, even though this has been a problem for 2+ years. CCIT needs to make iRoar accessible to all without a VPN, giving off campus users more convenience accessing the site and making it accessible to mobile users.
