He says that he has political links so either he will get all the dogs picked or will get them killed by poisoning them. And due to his influential connections he has no fear  of law. He thinks he is above law. Kindly go on the link below to see this shameless creature:

The following video has shocked many in India. Just how can a lady be so cruel? She seems to be a psychopath and should be behind bars. She is a threat to the human community as well.  It's definitely an Indian woman but as far as her identity is concerned it's not yet confirmed who she is. The lady can be seen crushing a small pup under her feet with her sandals while sitting in a car and listening to music and talking to a man who is driving the car. It's just unbelievable. It seems that this incident too has taken place in Lucknow and capital city of Uttar Pradesh.

Today is also the International Dog's Day but just see how majority of the Indians are busy celebrating this day.

The only saving grace on this day was the news that the central govt is ready to make amendments in the 60 year old animal law which still levies a penalty of Rs.10 to Rs. 50 on animal cruelty. This was told by Union Animal Husbandry and Dairying Secretary Atul Chaturvedi. He said that the government is planning to increase the penalty amount and make other changes which will make the law stronger. Let's hope that the proposed amendments happen soon and this time the law does not remain confined in books, rather they are told to the people of India and to all the law enforcement agencies, so that the law is implemented in true spirit and justice is delivered to the voiceless victims.

There is no point having laws, no matter how strong they might be if they are not implemented.
