A case has been reported from Samridhi Apt. Dwarka sector 18, Delhi. A dog has been poisoned and is now battling for life in a hospital. The chances of his survival are very bleak. But the most tragic part is the attitude of the human beings who live in such residential colonies and their RWAs. Most of the RWA members deserve a prison. They not only deserve a prison but also a third degree treatment by the police. Imagine how cowardly these humans must be that they poison a helpless and a voiceless animal just to get rid of him. What is the AWBI doing? 

Why does it not dissolve such RWAs?

Why does it not debar such members from contesting any elections in future? 

Killing a dog is just like killing a human being because both are prohibited by law then why is no action taken when a dog is poisoned or killed?

It's really a shame that everyday dogs are being poisoned and killed that too in the capital of India but the Ministry of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries is totally blind to all this.
