Over time, I noticed that the size of gluten-free bread is considerably smaller than gluten-containing breads. 

Statistically, about 1 in 100 people worldwide are affected by Celiac Disease, meaning there are millions of us who depend on gluten-free substitutes, like bread, for our daily nutrition (source: BeyondCeliac.org). By ensuring that gluten-free bread is made available in a larger size, not only would it provide satisfaction to a substantial group of people, but it could also lead to less packaging waste, making it an environmentally friendly move.
