Friends of Old Hickory Lake Uncover Federal Law & Corps Lease Conflicts in Foxland Harbor Marina Plan
WHO: Friends of Old Hickory Lake
WHAT: The Friends of Old Hickory Lake will release findings obtained via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that identify significant discrepancies between U.S. Army Corps of Engineers lease requirements and the Foxland Harbor Marina project as presented to the Gallatin Mayor, City Council, and Planning Commission. Spokespersons will be available for on-the-record questions immediately following the release.
