❌ What’s at Stake

The proposed Foxland Harbor Marina Project passed the first reading this past Tuesday.  The project  remains flawed and our City Council and Mayor are not listening to our concerns.  It is clear the developer is running the city based on the emails we have received from our open records requests between the city planners, the developer, and his employees.

The marina project is

Too Large – overwhelming for our community, our roads, and Station Camp Creek

Too Loud – disrupting neighborhoods and peaceful lake life

Too Dangerous – increased risks on the roads and on the water

🚦 The Traffic Nightmare

On the Roads:

hundreds of additional vehicles choking local streets
the blocking of emergency vehicles to the Douglas Bend area
vehicles  backing up on Nashville Pike
the slowing down of  residents trying to get home and to work
tractor trailers, fuel tankers, and vehicles pulling boat trailers using the proposed roundabout will all become a reality

On the Lake: Unsafe overcrowding, endangering families and boaters
