We need YOU to make your voice heard!  The Foxland Harbor marina plan with major changes is moving forward to the Mayor and Gallatin City Council for a final vote soon. 

Thanks to you, we were successful in stopping the commercial dry dock storage building and the 110-room hotel. 

However, the marina plan with 250+boat slips, a floating fuel station, 113 condos, a restaurant, two-multi-use buildings, and an entertainment venue area, all with limited parking is still an over-sized project for this area. Imagine the traffic problems and headaches a project this size will cause at the intersection of Gallatin Road and Douglas Bend.

Here's how you can help: 

1. Call and email the Mayor and City Council and let them know your concerns. 
2. Ask them to modify this plan back to the original vision of the former Fairvue developer whose plan was only 50-70 boat slips. 
3. Ask the Mayor and Council to conduct a non-biased, third party traffic study before the final approval instead of the recent one submitted by the developer. 
4. Ask the city to conduct  a non-biased third party environmental study to determine the impact on the lake and the wildlife with a marina this size. 
5. Be respectful and stick to the facts.
