The term “kids will be kids” gets tossed around a lot. But when they still try to be kids, people call the cops on them for doing donuts in a public parking lot. This is a petition to convince the county of Anoka to allow donuts to be done in empty parking lots after business hours or while business’s are closed. Not only will it solve other problems, like teens doing illegal activities on the roads (like speeding and dangerous driving), but it also gives them a place to have a bit of fun for just the price of gas they want to burn.
