Discord has recently updated its emojis for the worse; by updating to Twemoji version 14.1.2, the holding back tears emoji, and, more importantly, the pleading face emoji has been drastically changed. 

The old pleading emoji became an iconic symbol across Discord and the internet, and this new emoji is far from the old iconic face. Not only does this remove a vital emoji from our library, but these new, updated emojis also do not fit in with the other, simpler ones. These emoji changes make them stand out like a sore thumb from the crowd of other available emojis on the app and we should embrace tradition by making Discord revert the change. 

If we do not change back to the old emoji, we will lose simplicity, and culture, and show Discord that they can usurp the throne of our traditions with no resistance. We must show them that we will not tolerate this change.
