Make Navy Pier MARINA a reality once and for all!

Chicago city council approved Navy Pier Marina in 2016 as part of the piers planned development. The Army Corp of Engineers and Illinois Dept Of Natural Resources issued their respective permits in 2018. CDOT has refused to issue their permit to start construction, defying the city’s ordinance.

The dept of water management illegally blocks portions of the publics use of the federal waters around the Jardine filtration plant, defying Army Corp notices to remove their illegal buoys.

The water department has stonewalled the project without good cause.

Those are the publics waters and we have the right to moor at Navy Pier.  Navy Pier wants us there!  Let’s make this happen for all Chicago boaters and visitors wishing to access the Pier and Chicago from Lake Michigan!

Be heard, tell the mayor you want the transient boat marina at Navy Pier as promised in 2016. Together we can make this happen.
