Make Catalina's Pokémon Wish Come True!

Make Catalina's Pokémon Wish Come True!
The Issue
Catalina Smith was born with a rare disorder called Loeys-Dietz Syndrome, which affects the connective tissues in the body. This led to an enlarged aorta, and constant cardiology and pulmonary appointments, as well as 15 separate procedures done at Boston Children's Hospital. She also was born without one of her vertebrae, which led to her first procedure at the age of one: a fusing of her vertebrae, with titanium wire used. Sadly, when she was 8, the wire managed to slip into her spinal cord and wrapped around it, paralyzing her slowly over a period of a few months. She had a surgery to remove the wire, which was successful, but left her quadriplegic and weak, going as far as needing machines to help her breathe at night. Her parents took care of her and helped her with physical therapy to regain control of her limbs. Unfortunately, in February of 2021, her parents passed after an accident. Her brother and grandmother stepped in and took over where they had left off, and despite some sad moments, she continued to improve.
Catalina never let all her issues get her down, and she had a smile on her face almost all the time. Even hospital stays were more of an inconvenience than anything to dread. She could befriend anyone, and prided herself on her knowledge, because despite her body refusing to work, her mind still ran at a million miles a minute.
Due to her condition, Make-A-Wish stepped in and decided to grant her wish. She originally wished for a guide dog, which fell through due to the timeframe and how she couldn't utilize a guide dog at the time, being quadriplegic. So, she had to rethink her wish.
From the age of 3, when her brother introduced her to the series, Catalina was obsessed with all things Pokémon. She collected the cards, watched every episode of the anime, collected the plushes, and played any of the games she could. So, for her second wish, she decided she wanted to go to the Pikachu Festival in Yokohama, Japan. Then COVID-19 struck, and there was no way to grant that wish in the foreseeable future. So she thought again.
In between all her hospital visits and endless YouTube reruns and Pokémon episodes, Catalina dreamed up a new Pokémon, the ghost-type Spirwratheon. She thought up (with some probing from her brother) all of the stats, how it's obtained, its lore, moves, abilities, and even what its rare form (shiny) would look like. Making this evolution of the Pokémon Eevee into a real Pokémon became her third wish. She talked for hours about her plans to collect the plush of her Pokémon, frame the trading card, and even livestream her playing the game that includes her Pokémon. To say she was excited for this possibility is an understatement, and her Wish Granters got to work researching what they could accomplish.
Sadly, on October 29th, 2021, two days before her favorite holiday, Loeys-Dietz took Catalina in her sleep.
Make-A-Wish does not typically grant wishes posthumously, and so, despite the effort of her Wish Granters, her wish cannot be granted through Make-A-Wish. Her brother and surviving family want to memorialize her creativity and passion for Pokémon by getting her wish granted through other means.
This petition is to try and persuade The Pokémon Company to put Spirwratheon into the series in some fashion, so that all of the world can enjoy a creation she put so much thought and love into.
