Hundreds of people have died or been hurt between Pendleton and LaGrande OR. There needs to be an expanded infrastructure and investment to improve the traffic both ways between. It's one of the biggest and most dangerous passes in Oregon and should look more like Washington's Snoqualmie pass. More lanes, variable speeds, lights everywhere and signage. Lives need to be saved.
