This feature not only enhances gameplay by uniting diverse player communities but also enriches the social aspect of gaming, allowing friends and family to stay connected over shared adventures and challenges. It's perplexing why a well-loved game like Battlefront 2 has not yet embraced this growing trend.

The benefits of crossplay are manifold. It can help revitalize the player base, lengthen the game's lifespan, and improve matchmaking quality by pooling players from PlayStation, Xbox, and PC together. Developers and publishers could potentially see increased sales as new players join the gaming community to play with their friends regardless of the platform.
