Avocado on toast is Australia’s greatest culinary creation.

It has redefined breakfast and brunch culture both locally and globally. 

Yet for some unfathomable reason, it is not recognised as our national breakfast dish. 

The Italians have pizza, the Scots have haggis, and the French have snails, yet our gift to humanity has yet to receive its flowers.

So this is a petition to make Australian Avocados on toast The Official Breakfast of Australia.

We are rallying support and signatures to rectify this grave injustice, and put pressure on the powers that be to honour our great breakfast dish.
