I’d like to start a petition to make Atv vehicles street legal in the city. Just city roads not the highways. To be able to travel to friends houses or neighbors near by. Also to travel to work which I live near by. I don’t understand how dirt bikes or mopeds are legal to drive on city streets but not atvs. This would benefit both sides of the spectrum. It would bring in money to the state and city for tax purposes getting the vehicle registered legally. It’s a win win for both parties. Also would bring in money through the law enforcement system for failing guidelines speeding etc. Make a statement and fine to make sure no one tries to go on the highways. The fine would be $5,000.00 dollars no matter what. You in-force all these laws/rules I’m sure we can make this happen! I hope this changes your view on why Atvs should be legal on the road in the city! Thank you for you time.
